My wife and I are expecting in July. I am doing some research about hospitals and Pediatricians in JC area. I posted a question about JCMC and Hackensack hospitals. I didn't get much response on JCMC and I have heard hacksack is like a 4 star hotel and nurse staff is great.

Now I wanted to know if you can suggest Pediatricians in JC or nearby towns.

Hello everyone..we are expecting a new born in July and I wanted to find out how's the JCMC's maternity ward. Her doctor is is linked with JCMC and Hackensack. I know JCMC is a Magnet hospital and part of Barnabas group. Just wanted to find out from the locals who have used their services for baby delivery and the nursing staff.

Hello, everyone.. I know lot of people in Jersey City owns dogs. I wanted someone's advice.

I am looking to adapt a dog. I found few Boxer puppies which are white. Father is dark brown and mother is white. I researched online regarding white boxer and their deafness problem. I never owned a dog and do not want to get in to this if the dog will become deaf over the years.
Right now mother is old but she still can hear. Not sure what to do about this. I am 31 years old and planning to have kids soon. I wanted to have a dog first so the kid can group together.

Yes there are few laws for Sheds. It has to be about 25ft away from the home foundation wall. If its one of those plastic/ressin type sheds than you don't need a permit. Just call them and confirm.

I emailed them today to find out why am I bill such a high rate. I got billed at 28cents/kwh times that by 2601 KWH.

Does it make sense to find a Doc that is associated with Hackensack medical center, even though I live in Jersey City?

HMC has great reviews for maternity department. I am just worried that when I am actually ready to deliver would it be worth the drive to Hackensack?

Also suggest a good OBGYN in the area? I stay in JC heights near Pershing Field. Planning to have a baby soon I wanted to find a local doctor instead of going to Edison where I use to live.

Any update on this project? I live near by and noticed that the road has been paved. They have cones blocking the way.

Looks like the new staircase leading to Paterson Plank road will open soon from Mountain rd. Now waiting for New York ave construction to finish so my commute on my bicycle will be shorter.
