My wife and I live downtown and we both work full time. My wife works from home with our little one (just under 2) and we another on the way. We have been able to save a lot but its getting increasingly harder for us to continue this way. Many of the day cares around us are booked up. We were curious to see if there were other people in the area in a similar situation. If there are, we were curious to see how they balance work and caring for your child.

We did walk down Bramhall Ave. and saw Arlington Park and neighboring areas. It didn't have all the tell tail signs of a dangerous area. Online the info seems to tell a different story. Just thought it may be worth to hear from the people that actually live there.

West of Garfield near Sackett Street.

We are looking to buy a condo off of Bramhall Ave. The area looks like what downtown JC used to look like but it is still considered a rough neighborhood according to online databases. Does anyone that lives or lived there have any recommendations on whether is it a good or bad place to own a place?

Thanks! I hope that helps. It is just hard to understand why it so hard to get in touch with them. Newport does have a main office which one can call for leasing and inquiries about the area but they never are there or call back.

Does anyone know the people to contact if you want to set up an event at Newport Green or Exchange place (by the Hyatt)? I tried calling a few phone numbers but not getting through to anyone.

Does anyone know if there is a place to play table tennis other than outdoors in Newport green? My wife loves to play and we are looking for something similar to Spin NYC.
