Dolma Restaurant

Has anyone tried this place on grand street? I honestly think it's one of the best restaurants in downtown and yet it's still not particularly crowded or well known. The place is very small/intimate but has some of the most authentic Mediterranean food I have ever had. I am a huge fan of Satis and I think this place is as good in terms of taste/quality although different types of food. I'd recommend the lamb, beef skewers, salmon and humus. They have a really nice outdoor terrace which is not open yet but should be really nice in the spring. It's also BYOB which is a huge plus!

I would suggest the back of downtown jersey city which includes the village neighborhood. It is a decent walk to the path but with Uber lowering prices you can get there for $4-$5 during inclement weather. I think the area between the tunnel and Hoboken offers a lot of upside but I wouldn't be ready to live there yet.

Hi, I am looking for a new property management company for a 100+ unit building in downtown JC. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

I looked at it and decided not to buy because you cannot install a washer/dryer in the unit. Also I couldn't get past the hallways being so uneven.

Thanks for the response. I have heard that the utility bills are extremely high, over $400-500 per month and trying to understand if this is the case. I do realize that the finishes are sub par.

First post here - would like to know if anyone can share experiences on Fulton's Landing regarding before sandy and after affects of sandy. Any information on utility bills, sound proofing quality from neighboring units and assessments which may be coming in the future would be very helpful. Also, do you like living there? Thank you,

Paul
