I recently got the chance to interview Sean Sutherland of MBS MFG Co. His company is JC based, started with the 5 panel hat and has moved on to many new things.

I love that his collections are named after JC Streets!

An Interview w/ Dan Richer of Razza

I was recently able to hang out with Dan Richer and get him to answer our "3 questions with..." series.

His response about what to eat and then description of how they made the dough is incredible...

"We make our own bread. I've been studying bread making and dough fermentation for years now, all in the pursuit of making a great pizza crust. We use a mix of locally milled wheat from Clifton and locally grown rye from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It is fermented naturally with the help of our continuously fermenting starter culture that I cultivated from wheat berries grown on a family farm in Hunterdon County. This culture of wild yeast and good bacteria is the essence behind much of what we do at Razza (and at Arturo's). The bread is baked in our wood fired oven everyday just before dinner service at 4 pm."

CdeCoincy - sorry for the late reply.

The fabric is made in the USA but assembled in Nicaragua.

We think that's pretty good - hopefully in the future we can move all US and even furthermore NJ. However, until we reach large volumes, those types of tees are simply unaffordable to us and our customers.

Also, we are continuing to discount to $20 by email (hello@itsjerseycity.com) with in person pick up in NJ. Otherwise it's $25 on the website (itsjerseycity.com) including shipping. We ran out of XL so only S-L are still available.

Thanks chrisjc!

Since this is our first tee we're running a limited promotion. Email hello@itsjerseycity.com with the subject "$20 tee" for a discount.
