5K? Really? What are you guys smoking?
A 2bed/2bath rents for about 3200 in Exchange Place area. Here is the first result I got for a search on craigslist for "Grove St". http://newyork.craigslist.org/jsy/abo/4545632520.html Granted I did not try to open more results.

The Columbus / Washington light on the SE corner is the worst - the green left-turn arrow and the pedestrian walk go on at the same time.

1. Any idea what's happening at 111 First? The pile of rubble is finally getting moved. Is that going to be a rental tower as well? Quote:
