5K? Really? What are you guys smoking?

A 2bed/2bath rents for about 3200 in Exchange Place area.
Here is the first result I got for a search on craigslist for "Grove St".

Granted I did not try to open more results.

The Columbus / Washington light on the SE corner is the worst - the green left-turn arrow and the pedestrian walk go on at the same time.

350 Warren St, aka Butler Brothers building was recently in front of planning board asking for some adjustments to redevelopment plan - permission given and sale of the building is supposed to happen - it will be redeveloped over the coming years.

Thanks!
Any ideas about the details of the redevelopment plan - whether it will be demolished and rebuilt to a tower or converted as is? What's the timeline?

Is there some place online where one can look up info like this?

Two questions to those who might know -

1. Any idea what's happening at 111 First? The pile of rubble is finally getting moved. Is that going to be a rental tower as well?

Checked out this location on Google Maps. See the rooftop of the building next door between Morgan and Bay. Google Maps

Never noticed that before!

2. This is 350 Warren St - Morgan Industrial Center. Any idea what's planned for this building? Looks like a prime candidate for loft conversion. Why isn't anyone doing that?

There are also the two new buildings going up on 111 First and 110 First. Unsure whether condos or rentals.
