I second Suntime's opinion of Dr's Yousry and Muhammad - they are both wonderful doctors. I actually started my care with Dr. Muhammad and was delivered by Dr Yousry but they each review the others patients so you are familiar with both doctors. I was also high risk but they are both very calming and so confident that I never felt there was anything to worry about in their care. They also have evening hours and Saturday appointments. The wait can be long (typical was at least an hour) but they're both very attentive and you're never rushed through, which is probably the main reason for the wait times. I could go on and on about them and my experience but also feel free to pm me if you have any specific questions. Quote:

But I can't find many reviews on the doctors. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks. I agree Dr Taubman is great, she's very thorough and I've never felt rushed through an appointment which tends to happen with doctors lately. Even my husband whose arm I had to twist to go the first time actually makes his own follow-up appointments and goes willingly. I also like that they do their own blood work so there's no additional trips.

Can anyone recommend a primary care physician

Thanks!

Dr. Jessica Taubman at Riverside medical is awesome. Right off the Essex St light rail stop.

Hey Heightsbrat - is that for any 2 zonebus pass or do you have to purchase a specific type? My husband buys the monthly but we don't see where it states it covers the light rail also, that can really come in handy!

Since I don't drive & have to commute, I have found it useful to purchase a monthly 2-Zone pass from NJT. It costs $72/mo & entitles me to ride NJT buses anywhere in Hudson County & the Light Rail. Not to bad a deal for me personally.

Take it from someone that currently rents from Dixon Leasing - you'd be better off leaving. They did the same thing to two tenants in my building after we moved in, basically tried to charge them the rent that they're charging now after renovations. Yes they had pretty reasonable rents for the area but the condition of the apartments suited the rent. You can still fight the increase if you don't want to move, but it will basically be at the judges mercy, I would just go in with tons of research on the other apartments rents in the area and pictures of your place if it hasn't been renovated in a while.

Of course they treated us like gold to get us into the apartment then from the first day on emails and calls went unanswered. Renting from them have been nothing but ongoing problems that I've never had with a landlord before. Communication is nonexistent with them. We're just waiting for our lease to be up to see how much they try to raise our rent.....
