I am thinking of moving here without a car.
Which area / blocks are the best?

My main concerns are:

Best for transportation to and from manhattan.

Good groceries in walking distance. (Clean supermarket, fresh meat and veg, organic options a +)

Safety at night (single girl walking alone).

Best for short term resale (I may only be here for 2 years).


P.S. Thoughts on other convenient / very affordable hudson county options are appreciated.

P.S.S. What about western slope?
