Hello Downtown Ward E,

Just got in from walking the entire downtown.

When I started the campaign, I made a promise to remove all signage afterwards. For the most part they are all now down.

A special THANK YOU to all of our small businesses and shops downtown who allowed me to put my signage up in your window. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Dear Ward E Voters.

You deserve to know the Truth. And tomorrow is election day.

Only a portion of the debate for Ward E was put out by the media. And the highlight of the evening was completely deleted and not shown. Even the moderator, Dr. Jonathan Wharton said excitingly "alright, now we have debate!" Why was this scene deleted? They don't want you to know the Truth about C&S Strategies.

Thankfully we were able to get footage from another source at the last minute and people should know the truth.

The Question was, "If you're a candidate on a slate, would you be willing to vote against your mayoral candidate should you and he get elected into office."

Watch this video. One candidate has a FOR PROFIT business doing political "stuff" for Northern NJ politicians such as Newark Mayor Booker, and JC Councilman Steven Fulop.

You can't have a business like this and run for office with one of your clients. It's a MAJOR conflict of interest and they have been trying to suppress it the entire election season.

Please watch and listen to Candice's own words carefully.

Then vote tomorrow to keep Ward E independent of whomever becomes mayor. Box 1C, your top choice.

Making great progress on the campaign trail. Had a great weekend out and about in Paulus Hook on Saturday as well as other locations downtown like Hamilton Park this past Sunday.

At last night's debate, I referenced a picture. Well, here it is. It was in the City of Jersey City OFFICIAL Newsletter. Inside were a lot of pictures of Mayor Healy. But come on... showing up in a sport coat and white polo shirt, during Hurricane Sandy relief for a photo op? Come on now. I don't make this stuff up. It's crazy. Politicians show up, get pics and leave. I show up and stick around. The good stuff is always at the end anyway. And PS. I would ban any Government Communications during an election season. That is a waste of taxpayer money, for propaganda purposes.

Oh, one more thing.

Fulop does have a machine.

I have seen many of my little 8x11 flyers torn down, only to be replaced with huge FULOP signs. That is the machine. I actually get permission to put up my signs from the owners and managers. While they just see mine, and go and replace it with theirs.

I've instructed my team to not remove any other's signs. I hope the Fulop camp would be just as respectful and not tear mine down.

The advantage I have is, I actually know all these businesses from doing fundraising for the Cathedral Arts Festival since 2007, going door to door raising money for this great community event every year.

I have made some updates to my website. www.fletch4jc.org. Still a long way from being done.

We're making great progress downtown though. Met so many great folks this past weekend by Hamilton and Van Vorst Parks as well as the Harsimus Cove Pancake breakfast Sunday morning.

Our campaign is a true grass roots movement. I don't have the coattails that the others do riding along with someone running for mayor.

But Ward E needs someone who will remain INDEPENDENT of whomever becomes mayor.

There is a choice. A third choice. A better choice. YOUR TOP CHOICE (on the ballot).

And to the person who asked what makes me different from Candice Osborne....

Sure we share some similarities... we both have Master's Degrees from NYU, both bought into JC in 2007, but.... here is the main CRITICAL difference..... PLEASE READ.

I don't have a business doing political work such as get out the vote efforts and VOTER TRACKING for Northern NJ politician such as Cory Booker and guess who... Steven Fulop.

This Democrat didn't vote for Obama who has done nothing for small business and STILL hasn't met with his JOBS council. Over a year now.

But let's focus on Ward E shall we?

Yes for many reasons. He had better plans for JOBS. Aren't you tired of LARGE unemployment? 7.7% currently and the U6 unemployment rate is at 14.3%. The U6 counts everybody - even those who fell off the roll.

I'm a small business owner, having put people to work, and government, including the City of Jersey City has not made it easy for small business to succeed and thrive. Meanwhile small businesses put more people to work. Even Mayor Healy mentioned it in his state of the city speech. Meanwhile I spoke with an owner of a store that is opening on Newark soon, the city has held him up for 3 years. I was SHOCKED.

Also, Mr. Gingrich worked together with Bill Clinton and we had balanced budgets and Surpluses. WORKED TOGETHER. And stuff got done. What we have now Federal, State, and City is not working. All we have is gridlock.

Finally, even Newt's got a clue. He now supports Gay Marriage too. (And did before the election as well) Read this.

I know for a fact, you need a PERMIT to do anything at the Path Station.

I talked to PAPD, reached out and actually got a permit to get people to sign my petitions in my run for Councilman for Ward E.

Not sure if religion gets an exception.
