I switched from the default(PSEG supplier) to Constellation Energy last year @9.22 cents per KWh. My contract is coming to an end and their renewal offer has a higher rate(surprise!) than what I currently pay.

I checked the list of third-party suppliers but most of them don't publish the rates. I found another website that lets you compare rates but it has fewer suppliers. The best rate I found was 8.99 cents / KWh from eCommerce Energy and its better than what I currently pay.

Does anyone have any other recommendations for a third-party energy supplier?

My friend sold his new condo after a year of buying it. It was on the market for a little over a month and sold for $45k higher than what he paid for it a year earlier for a 10% jump in value.

Downtown JC is definitely seeing a rise in home values. Heck, they've even fixed Newark Ave!

Went out running after months and noticed that the pedestrian bridge that connects Jersey Ave to Liberty State park is broken. Does anyone know if Ms Sandy is to blame and when will it be restored.

Also, I remember some rumors about a paved road extending Jersey Ave all the way into Liberty State Park. That would just be fabulous. Wonder if that's what they're actually working on.
