Re: The Embankment Restaurant

I was at the Embankment with a date on Saturday night and you can't take away the fact that the place is absolutely beautiful and a much added accent to our area but I have to say that we were both extremely disappointed with our meals. I had the Salmon which was way to bland and my date had the Lamb chop which was also. Mind you, he requested steaksauce and they didn't have it at hand. Meal serving are small and yes I have to agree pricey. I'd say re-do the menu and have the chef add a lil kick and spices...

I'd opt for the bar only unless the menu changes.

Riverside Assembly is a great church. They're affiliated with Assembly of God, Inc.

Sunday morning worship starts at 1030a. Hope to see you there.

My date and I had dinner here on Saturday night and I have to admit I was delighted. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable of everything on the menu. My date had the steak tips and potatoes and I had the salmon... delish, delish, delish.......

We shared the Chocolate mouse, it was oh my gosh melt in your mouth quite pleasing to palate. I highly recommend this place.

Fulop for Mayor!

This guy is great, really. I'm continually impressed by the dedication and effort he puts forth. Its great to have someone working for us who shakes things up and gets things done, and his accessibility and transparency is commendable.

Keep up the good work.
