Flood Insurance Class Action
#1

In furtherance of the federal class action filed regarding hurricanes Irene and Sandy, we are trying to ascertain how many homeowners had their claims denied or limited because their ground floor was considered a "basement." We would greatly appreciate everyone's input, to help us move forward with the claim. You can respond here, or at our website: www.bronsterlaw.com. Thank you all for your assistance.

The law office of Jeffrey A. Bronster, PC has filed a class action against 9 insurance companies issuing the standard FEMA flood policy. The lawsuit alleges unfair treatment of policyholders after Hurricane Irene, and again after Hurricane Sandy. A copy of the Complaint is available at the firm website [url=www.bronsterlaw.com]. If you would like more information, or if you are interested in becoming part of the class action, you may send us an email from the website.
