It's the Police Athletic League, or PAL. I worked with PAL/NYC in the past to help raise funds for after-school programs in NYC. I assume this is the JC branch. Don't know much about this local branch though.

I've seen plenty of tattoo shops around JC, but they don't do piercings.
Does anyone know of a place that does piercings and sells body/nose jewelry anywhere in JC?

I passed by Pig & Pepper the other day, full of lots of colorful gifts and toys. Anyone else check it out yet? Sounds like it'll be a great addition to our neighborhood.
