I have been there 3 times already, the food is good and VERY reasonably priced. The most expensive dish on the menu is 8.95. This is from the dinner menu. The prices on the dinner menu range from 5.95 to 8.95. They have sandwichs that are 5 & 6. They serve breakfast as well. For the price and quality you can't beat it! I hope they do well.

I was a member of Club H for 3 years. When I first joined it was a great gym, at least the one in Hoboken. The one is JC was always shady. I got my credit cards stolen out my wallet there! For what you are paying it is not worth it. I would go with Brick Haus!

Stay away from Zephyr loft. As everyone mentioned it's a major flood zone. I was going to buy there but found out there were major issues with the building. The condo association was in the process of suing the builder. Maintenance fees were ridiculously high. 700 Grove is a much better building but still a flood zone. I would check out right up the hill in the heights. Developers are about to break ground on a new building right on New York ave(behind supremo). Literally 2 minutes from the area you are looking. Probably won't be ready for a while but i see a lot happening in that immediate area of the heights.

I use to work in this building before the storm. All of the electric was in the basement and when it got flooded everything was ruined. As someone mentioned it won't be open for another 4-6 months. I could NOT stand the management in the building I am not surprised they are running the generators all night. Go get em!!!

FYI: the owner of the building is the shipping company Evergreen. Hence Evertrust.

agreed, no foot traffic. I use to work across the street and during the day there was a little but a complete ghost town at night. Maybe when the new buildings go up there will be more.

I am clueless because I don't understand what you're saying. I was talking about heights property value. It will go up post sandy. Is that better?! Please do yourself a favor and get a life... It's really not that serious.

I recently moved to the heights with my girlfriend and we absolutely love it! I think the heights has great potential. Although certain parts are better than others I see a lot of potential. I definitely think prices will increase. No matter what anyone says there will be people who want to purchase homes in this area and will not want to pay the prices of Hoboken & DTJC. This Drives prices up! They are going to move to the heights or JSQ. You cannot compare the heights to NYC. NYC is one of the best cities in the world! Of course it doesn't compare and probably never will. But the heights is not trying to be nyc but is close to it.

I don't know how much you're looking to spend or if it's badly stained. 2 expert cleaners when it comes to wedding gowns are Madame Paulette and hallack cleaners. They may be expensive but well worth it. Another cleaner that is good but probably less expensive is green apple cleaners in Lodi. If you are looking for a basic cleaning you could use local cleaners but if you need experts I would use the ones I mentioned. Good luck!

Be carefull with this building. I put in a bid on a short sale here. These are some things i found out: The maintenance is very high and they have issues with moisture on the windows. It's not a huge issue but definitely look into it. I also know someone that rents in the building and they confirmed this. The building had a problem with the roof which raised maintenance costs. I believe the building is trying to sue the builder too, because of this. And yes, it is a flood zone. On the flip side, it's in a good location (your practically in Hoboken). You're right by the path and very close to Newport/downtown. I'm not saying don't buy there but look into those issues. Good luck!
