Anyone know what's going on? They have Grove street by Columbus Drive completely blocked off with fire trucks and police cars.

Hello everyone, does anyone know if Jersey City actually mails out some sort of receipt or notice for a paid parking ticket?
My girlfriend's car got a ticket this morning for being in a bus stop, I paid the ticket online, so it was only a few hours old. The car belongs to her employer and she is afraid of getting in trouble if they find out. I'm thinking that since I paid it online, why would they send a letter out? But does anyone know for sure?
