Thanks for that suggestion. I will give them a call.

I am looking for a licensed professional to "certify" the plans so Sketch-up isn't really appropriate for the task but do appreciate the suggestion.

Architect for measuring floorplans

Our building is contemplating re-measuring our floor plans as the measurements in the condo plan seem more like aspirational marketing than fact.

Can anyone recommend an architect who will draw existing floor plans? We are not looking for design work.

Fruit guy was Bill Horton. He lived upstairs from me on Coles in the 80s. We always had about to rot bananas and other delicacies. If I recall he had a long fight over the eminent domain of his fruit stand, and I think it's just the landscaping on the southwest corner of the parking garage now. His fruit stand was more aesthetic.

Thanks for helping me clarify.
Debris and detritus into a dumpster as well as abandoned household items.
More lifting than shoveling.

Are there any resources (other than Task Rabbit and Craig's List) in Jersey City for finding assistance with a much postponed basement clean out. Not sure where to look.

Vaguely recall that one of the local schools had a bulletin board years ago and that there was also a spot at Kennedy and Paterson Plank where construction workers gathered in the am.

Anything similar to either these days?

Digging up a new break at Sixth Street right now.
Seems like this is at least the 4th today: Grand, 3rd Street, 5th Street and now 6th.
Were there others?

And it smells like rotten eggs....

After many years of self management, our 40 unit condominium association has decided to hire a management company. We are in the process of collecting information on the various companies that manage condominiums in Jersey City. Any thoughts, recommendations, comments would be appreciated.
