ItGirl has the right idea. I live in Canco Lofts now and literally right under our noses (out of my window) opened Mana Art Center.
See the below link. Any neighborhood in the NY metro area (LIC, Brooklyn, wherever) would be super excited for this company to pop-up and promote the heck out of it. Its super cool and a leader in their field. They had a event this past Sunday with a art viewing, and live music in their event space. White Star provided the F&B.
