I was looking at one condo by the 172 Culver Ave and another condo by 55 Mallory Ave (the westside station),
If they plan to extend the west side light rail station in the near future - its going to have have to pass some were adjacent to the two buildings. Any thoughts? Light rail are generally not that loud i would think. Does any one have a map of the planned light rail construction?

There are a bunch of condos being constructed around the west side station light rail.
Around 172 Culver Ave, Jersey City there are planned 3 condos projects. There is also a project almost completed: http://streeteasy.com/new_jersey/sale ... nue-west-side-jersey-city How is that area in general; You can get a nice 1300sqf two bedroom/bath condo for around 260k There is also the planned extension of the light rail
