Tommy Two Scoops has become my favorite place in JC for quick, good lunches and dinners. The gelato is great, but what brings me back is the food -- the paninis, bbq, and wraps are always amazing and very inexpensive. I eat there at least three times a week.
The owner and employees have never been anything but extremely nice, and give spectacular service -- a rarity in the area. The kicker is that they welcome pet owners (there's a large outdoor patio in back, and seating in front). I'm never willing to leave my dog outside while I run in somewhere to pick up, so Tommy gets a lot of my business because I can go in with my dog. They always have free treats for her too.

What you should be asking is why you pay some of the highest taxes in the country to support the third most bloated sanitation budget in the state, yet can easily walk 10 blocks without finding a public trash can.
Blame the people you put in office.
