Hi- good choice with Project Pilates! I've been going there for just over a year. I noticed changes in my core strength within 6-8 weeks. Also, I noticed that the pain in my lower back disappeared. (After doing one or two classes per week).

Both the reformer and tower classes are excellent. The instructors are different in their methods but all are great. (Morgan and Melissa are my favorites) That's why I like popping into different classes- it's a good way to keep mixing up the routine so you continue to see growth.

good luck!

They're closed... walked by yesterday and saw the owner disassembling the counter and tables.

So frustrated with this place...

I called for an order to-go at about 8:50 p.m. last Friday. I got to the place at 9:20 and it STILL wasn't ready. And I also noticed that there was absolutely no one eating in the restaurant and only one other customer- a man trying to get some ice cream.

The chicken kebabs are good- tender, plenty of meat + fresh veggies, and the rice is really great. The yogurt sauce that comes with it is usually good, but the last time I tried it it was watery and tasted sour.

With tax, it comes to about $14. Considering the lack of service, I don't really think it's worth the price.

I go to a place called Dentique in Hoboken (right by the PATH).

Good hours, clean office, and they use the new cleaning technique that's like a powder-spray instead of the swirling head.
