Hi Everyone

I would appreciate anyone's help in finding an apartment downtown JC. I lived off grove street stop for about 3 years and by newport a year so I'm fairly familiar with the area. I've been living by 440 and have been homesick for too long so its time to move back. I entertained the idea of moving to williamburg/greenpoint BK but nothing beats that I'm home feeling I get when I step out of grove station. I would just be moving myself and my very adorable and well behaved kitty Kai.

I work in the city so I prefer to be in walking distance of grove path station.

*$1400 max ( negotiable depending on space/amenities)
*1 or 2 bedrooms
*hardwood floors
*renovated or well kept kitchen (I love to cook)
*lots of light

I'm not just looking for a place to lay my head down at night but a home. I would greatly appreciate any help if you know of something that would work for me or even a good realtor.
