The brother was a Liquid Waste Management Specialist. Hmmm....he specilized in managing urine?

Investigation underway about political donations made by PVSC commissioners to politicians with influence at Passaic Valley.

Two top commissioners at PVSC used employees and supplies from the commision to have improvements done on thier homes.

Former Sommerset Prosecutor, Wayne Forrest cancels at planned Florida jaunt for Commission Thomas Howell of Harrison and Carl Czaplicki of Jersey City.

Thanks to Governor Christie the PSVC patronage mill is a thing of the past.

Now its up to Mayor Healy to make Czaplicki's patronage mill at HEDC history.

Official #3 needs to go. He doesn't think he needs permits like every other resident to improve his house. He meets with corrupt developers. He thinks its okay to hire his relatives. He is a tripple-dipper.

Czaplicki - You can't say you're at work in Jersey City when you're at meetings in Passaic Valley.

When Czaplicki had Passaic Valley Sewerage Authority meetings he neglected to take time off from work at the Jersey City Department of Housing and Economic Development.

His secretary constantly reported him present for work in Jersey City when he was absent at the sewerage meetings in Passaic Valley.

He got paid for two jobs when he was doing only one.

Isn't that illegal?

Mayor Healy should follow the Gov's lead and dump this
multiple job holding theif.

Czaplicki skipped the Historic commission approvals to make renovations on his house when he was chief of staff. Then he sold it for a huge profit. A regular resident couldn't do that.

Czaplicki met with corrupt developer Dwek but still runs the office that approves development in Jersey City.

Czaplicki used his influence at Passaic Valley as a patronage mill to hire his whole family.

Czaplicki is the poster child for everything that is wrong in New Jersey and is an embarassment to Jersey City.

Czaplicki doesn't visit his father on his birthday. Gerry McCann has to do that for him.

Czaplicki should work in the sewer not for the commission.

Carl Czaplicki is employed by the Hudson County Technical School too but he isn't teaching any class. He gets a pension and a salary there.

Czaplicki runs Housing and Economic Development like another patronage mill for all his Republican cronies friends and hacks. He makes $140,000 to be a jersey city director.
