Early Thursday morning at about 2:00 AM, some retards decide they want to ignite fire works at that atime, so after 20 minutes of so of this issue, I call the JC police... Not the right number, so they connected me to someone else. I told them the problem, the lady on the line told me I HAD to call 911 for that. Obviously I did not as it was not an emergency, so I called another JC location,(might have been downtown) and there they game me the number to call... So I call.... 30 minutes after I called they finnaly come by.... by then the fire works that were going off between Hancock and Sherman on North street were done. They did a drive by, as I looked out of the garage door.
