Can someone provide me the link listing the 35/40 failing schools?

I checked the NJ Dept of ED with different data. For 2009-2010, 10 JC schools made AYP.

I'll propose a solution:

Put a CLUB on the basketball rims at 10pm. Take it off in the morning.

I had a court in my yard years back and the neighborhood kids would play games in my yard during the day when we were away. So I put the CLUB there and it stopped them from playing and ruining my garden.
