In any event, it's a little simplistic to say that there's more focus on cracking down on crime in downtown because other neighborhoods don't complain. Besides, even if that were the case which I don't believe it is, does that justify such action? I'm guessing another reason for the increased focus on downtown is as a result of Fulop. The 12 block from groove street area would be just as well off with no representation rather than Lipshitz.

Anyone know if the GA meeting is still on for today?
