No, really, seriously, they can take them off you know, they wear boxers and then briefs under the boxers.

This is what I mean by toooooo hhhoooootttttt...

I asked one to pull up his pants jokingly, I said Hey, pull up your pants.

These kids are so nice the teen actually DID pull up his pants!

Hey, if they can wear P.J. pants they can can just take off the pants...in a 110 degree weather...boxers would be alot cooler!

I worry.

What if they get heat stroke?

They wear a t-shirt (wife beater?) under a t-shirt!

Again, tooooooo hhhoooottttttt!

I just wish they would take them off to me out of my misery!

Winter okay no problem but SUMMER??

Tooooooo hhhhooooooottttttttt!

I think of ALL the Puerto Ricans, Yessenia Correa IMO (if she would have persued politics) could have been the Luis Munoz Marin.

She just dissapeared after Schundler's term if you remember she became his spokesperson, a job she handled fairly well.

Alas, she was a Republican not a Dem.

You also want politicians who will NOT keep their heads in the sand...and tackle head on the REAL issues of the city W O going the corruptive way or totally ignoring the obvious.. the corruption, injustices, lack of services, needs of a community.

I didn't see that from the Cunningham adm. or any other adm.

Schundler maybe, a small effort.

He also failed to monitor some of the people under him.

Greg Corrado, for instance, was accused of sexual harrasment by an asst. Director. She was given a settlement but in the settlement, she had to resign.

This was never covered in the Journal.

Schundler kept him on as part of his team.

I have noticed though that Healy is truly giving it his all despite some flaws...

I agree, the Journal should be covering on other's.

Now, what corruption is Viola part of?

So... you've been drinking the water too? Yes, I agree your grammar is as bad as your creativity and choice of words.

You couldn't do better then this? And your phyche is even worse... now, now, we all know what happens to you when you forget to take your meds...go take your meds now.

And after that, we will then allow you to come back in when you have composed yourself.

Seems like MOMMY failed to teach you how to play nice on discussions...threads...

Constructive criticism is alive and well...

And.. who cares?... that YOU...

for fifteen years worked with neurologists, neurogeneticists, neurophysiologists, neuropathologists and any other kind of neurology physician-scientist you can think of.

Now WE all know what YOU really are...

Re: OWN TICKETS FIXED? 2 suspended, allegations are probed
Home away from home

I am soooooo disapointed.

Innocent until proven guilty I always say.

This woman (Wanda) was my lawyer on a case I had, and boy was she good.

The only thing though that a family member of her's became ill and she could not represent me, so I had to retain another lawyer.

My NEW lawyer told me that some of Wanda clients never received the balance of the remainder of their retainer fees.

I thought about this and realized that I hadn't either.

I never received a bill or a balance sheet at the end of services.

But she represented me and advised me so well, and was never critical of my situation (other lawyers were very critical) that I never pressed the issue.

I was so happy that she made it as a judge.

It's funny, because I had a huge ticket that I was fighting and went to ask the clerk a question and noticed something unusual with the clerk and an officer.

Something gave me a feeling that they were "fixing a ticket" by their body language when I approached them to ask a question.

The clerk kept coming in and out of the judges chambers, and the officer was on the phone jotting down a ticket number...I dunno, maybe I was just imagining things but I just got that feeling.

Why is Jersey City so God Damn Freak'in corrupt?

And..who the hell is SHE to critisize?????

Oh yes, lest we not forget that, yes Viola, well done.

Play the racist card it works everytime!

Momma 's taken care of her baby, and got's him a city job.

Something that Obama is totally against.

I believe I read it in Dreams from my father.

Corruption comes in many colors, let's just call it:

"United Colors Of Corruption"

Get the point now???

Gang or no gang...to be or not to be...

That is the question.
WHATEVER!!!

Come to my block yr. round and you'll see white t-shirts BLUE JEANS watching out for the po-po, riding bikes, up and down da block at all hours, nice cars with super chrome, all ages, male female, coming and going, Fri-Sun , most popular time (it's the weekend baby , time to party!)

Yes, and sometimes they have tag day no white tees and jeans.

And,

Along with that people that come over that seem to be out of place and lost on this street, that go directly to these kids, YA's, adults, some guide them to another to get their candy (CRACK, WEED???), they go straight to the bodega on the corner of Chapel and Rutgers and buy a soda, loosie, or what have you and leave, immediately like as if the MARTIANS are coming.

44 Rutgers is a popular place at 1,2,3 AM
find the bald guy or the skinny guy with the long sleeve shirt they seem to have a whole lot of friends visiting coming and going on the first floor.

So what do you think this is?

Oh, and they NEVER wear white t-shirts

Is this a JOKE?????

The way this is being handled is like make sure all students are given a letter to give to their parents alerting them of water contamination...

Well HELLO! is anyone out there????, they are giving letters to CHILDREN????

NNNNOOOOOO!!!!!!

Advise parents and set up a place or several places in the city where they can go to have their children tested(FREE), advise via through the media, by mail, through letters, certified and regular, phone calls, e-mail...

Innocent until proven guilty, but if he's found guilty, lock em up and throw away the key...one less child to get their hands on this crap!

I say they should try drug dealers dealing next to schools or anyplace where there are children like pedofiles.

Not surprising how Dr. Epps pay raise can be so much more important than water fountains releasing high levels of lead.

Flushing?

Action should be taken immediately to replace ALL the fountains.

These children are the future of tommorrow.

Their safety and well being should be a cities top priority, at all times irregardless...

Hey Dudes,

Ya don't have to live in the projects to feel like your living in The Wire.

And yes ya might be able to live with it... but why should you have to?

What we seek, and what is needed here is change.

This is a national problem.

What's needed are havens where the youth can go to stay out of trouble after school and on weekends.

Re: BEWARE Crack down on parking and permits etc.

Some of Jersey City's assanine rules and city policies that are soooooooo...

ASSANINE!!!!!

I have a Pkg. Permit, AND, I think that it would have been nice if the PA would have informed me that I needed to replace my permit with another one to be placed in the rear window of my car before going for my scheduled NJ state car inspection.

Because I have tinted glass, this yrs. instructions for placement of the permit states to place the permit above my cars inspection sticker on the front shield left hand corner.

Well, guess what?

My car didn't pass inspection because the permit is a view obstruction!

Why is it that there was no thought to detail? Why did they not check with NJ State law?

Now I have to go to the PA!, get another permit, and go back to get my car inspected!!!!

This wastes my precious time and GAS!!!!

Also, let's say, you have 50 people who visit one of many neighborhood libraries, for let's say...The summer Reading Club, or for any other reason, is the city supplying permits for these people to visit the libraries so they won't get booted?

I told you, it's the lead...and this is insane!!

Do these schools have low test scores?

I mean, what else is there that we don't know.

Did they already know this?

What prompted them to do the testing and if they did know, how long did they know?

Years?

Or did this just happen, out of the blue they just decided to test the waters.

I love Froto.

He can come back to my hood!!

Can he detect crack cocaine?

There's lot's of that on Rutgers Ave., Ludlow, Chapel,

McAdoo, Rose etc.

I believe the handler knows a specific house on Rutgers...

What's taking so long?

There are some decent people around here...some are resorting to selling their homes they are so tired of the same crap.

We are a non UEZ zone so that means we won't be getting any camera's anytime soon.

Help us Froto!!!

You're our only hope.

Good Dog!!

Love it !

You'll love this even more get the tissue...

There is a guy that drives around this area, I used to work with him YRS ago but not for the parking authority.

Well, I was his supervisor, and he did something he wasn't supposed to do so I fired him.

Anyway, MY boss, told me to give him another chance, and I did.

Okay, he got a job with the parking authority..and...he drives around giving tickets to people (believe me he's a real ding dong!!)

I was parked on the corner with my blinkers on to pick up my daughter, from the sitters.

He came saw me come out of the car didn't have the balls to put the ticket on my car, and mailed it to me.

Oh, BTW, he drives in this area and is a regular...
