I don't bother calling if there is some litter on top of the drains. That's an easy chore I don't mind doing, and my neighbors appreciate it.

On the other hand, if a drain is blocked and stagnant, I will contact the utility authority.

I agree routing the pipeline through JC is pointless, as it will not benefit out city in any way.

safety shouldn't be a concern though, as several gas pipelines already exist in New Jersey. Just playing Devil's advocate here. I think it's a terrible decision.

I got flashed while trying to make a left onto Jersey from Columbus. When the light turned yellow cars coming in the opposite direction continued to blast through the intersection, leaving me trapped out there. Finally when the light had been fully red for a moment I was able to turn and the flash went off.

I won't be paying that summons. In situations like that, the camera is useless.
