Re: Jersey City Councilwoman Nidia Lopez a Florida Resident?

What I can not fathom is prior to the election, why were these facts not checked. It just baffles me. Were we all blind or is this just another example of JC politics. If she is not paying Jersey taxes and listed herself a resident of Florida then stay in Florida. I do not care if her husband works for Hudson County. He did not run election. Wonder where he filed his taxes?

Even if you put $13 dollars on your Smartlink card you get 10 rides for $1.30. You do not even have to take it out of your wallet. It reads it with the tap to the machine because of a chip. Also the magnetic strip on the Metrocards wear out and I have lost money because of that. Also the Smartlink saves you almost $1 a day. That does add up after time.

My mother got it for her new puppy. After 3 trips for shots and the like ( also getting fixed ) it had already paid for itself.

I am glad to hear that your friend is doing better but I ask why re-post after almost 9 months. The last posting was 2/15/09

Your friend is one lucky person.

Oh now I had to get the home phone, that I did not want, in order to lower my bill that shot up to $171 per month. Well that sounded great on the phone until I got my last bill. They charged me some crazy hookup fee, equipment fee, guy stopping by fee. So last month bill was in the mid $200's. The whole point was to lower my bill. Now they tell me that next month should be in the lower $100's. Yeah right. Now if I cancel anything I get charged $100's and $100's to end the madness. UGH. Do not even get me started with PSE & G. That is a whole other racket.

They claim gas is going down 26% this year. Right boyz. That will be the day.

My favorite was yesterday. The train pulled into 23rd st Station with "yellow" lights atop and JSQ in the middle. Well after 14th/9th/ and Christopher street the doors closed. Then and only then did they make the announcement " Hoboken next stop." No one bothered to change the lights and/or signs. Loved that one. Oh by the way it was 1/2 my fault but I was reading and did not pay attention. Just the same I say

Last time I checked he was not taking bribes. Hummm. I guess he is not fit to serve as Mayor because all the bribe taking. So if you are honest that works against you. Interesting.

Here is what I do not understand. The MTA changes it's ads in the subway all the time. If they charge for ads on the subways and buses why not the Path. They have the same ads, as few as they are, for years. There is no reason to have just ads about the Path. Make some money here guys.

I must say I do not have a problem with the Path. In the morning one train comes in after another. It is the MTA on the Lexington line that drives me nuts. I know the MTA system is far bigger but they should study the Path. With regards to the crowded train, I do believe I had gotten a seat 3 times in the month of August. I have no problem standing. Also I have only ridden 4 times on the new trains. How many do we have? It seems to me that the World Trade Center direction is using them. I guess it is for a PR purpose. Again I say guess. It looks like all the money poured into the new WTC station they must show off the new trains.

Not my story but my neighbors and it is hell. Last Sunday after a day in Manhattan came home to no cable. They came Monday fiddled with some wires and had it up again. 1.2 hour later out again. Wednesday they tell him his 1.5 year old Sony flat screen died. Nothing to do with cable. Went to PC Richrard's bought a brand new 46 inch Sony Bravia. Took it home no cable. Comcast could not even send the signal. Thursday returns box to Comcast and they forgot the plug in wire for the box. We bring over an extra one. Box does not work. Next thing you know the internet went down on the computer. Friday Comcast returns spends 3 hours fixing the problem. Later that evening he changed channels from one baseball game to another. OUT. They finally fixed the problem but now there is a perfectly working 40 inch Sony TV just sitting on P C Richard's floor.

Horror story

So it has been weeks now and no final facts about how he died. He has been swept under a rug.

Jersey City Councilwoman-at-Large Willie Flood said Shaw was very well known in the area?s political scene.

?He was a staple in Jersey City,? Flood said. ?Everybody knew Jack.?

Just wondering why there has not been a follow up on how he died

It is not Porn it is a nude study. Either you attend because you wish to study (whether it be female or male) or do not.

Parson's Grad here.

Have no idea where fig leaves and Christmas and half Jewish came to be. No insult at all.

I have done nude modelling for "study" classes and that's all it is.

Oh well hope it works out.

My God
IT IS A DELI
They sell chips and deli sandwiches everywhere. If you do not like it the first time then do not return.

I can not believe this tread popped up again.

They do not sell fine French cheese. They do not sell Frio Gras. They do not sell prosciutto.

IT IS A DELI.

Get your chips and deli sandwich at American Hero. Christopher and Grove. They are great and remember you. Unless you are out at 3:00 AM then sweetie A 1 is your only choice.

Good luck my dear

Just saw the wheelchair(less) guy hugging and kissing a wooden wire post and enjoying himself. God bless his soul. I was on the phone with a friend in LA at the time and he told me about an electric scooter lady. Just as his is telling the story WHAM our local scooter guy comes down Erie in the middle of the street a 4 mph as if he is a car. God bless his soul as well.

I love a lil color. Makes life more exciting
