Of course i wasn't at the deal table. But it certainly wouldn't surprise me.

Actually what happened was when the buyer and seller got to closing, the seller randomly changed the terms of the deal at the closing table. The two are now in litigation because the buyer had made renovations based upon pre closing agreements between the two parties.

It seems like the Hamilton Park neighborhood is the place to be with the soon to be newly renovated park, the cool looking new condos, the retail, several restaurants etc.
