West Cost Video is going to be a Social Security Building and the building on Jersey and 18th is going to be a 100+ unit luxury rental building called the Cast Iron Lofts. This is the same developer as the Cliffs Lofts on Paterson Plank. I'm not sure about the grove Point Retail space...

I've moved 3 times over the past 8 years. I have no time to search for an apartment or talk to doormen. My broker is amazing and always finds me what I am looking for, he handles the deal, prepares the leases and previews the apartments for me. I receive photos in advance and I choose what I want to see.

The employees/owners suck and the food is OK.

I found the food there to be good quality but the pricing is way off the mark. IGTM in Hoboken has a $10 lunch Salmon special and its $20+ in JC. They do not have any lunch specials for take out, you have to eat there WHICH IS CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IDIOTS!!!!!

Anyway, I would eat there so much more if they had a lunch take out menu and better prices all around.

I don't live at Saffron but we are there often visiting our brother and sister in-law. They love the building and I have to say that we thoroughly enjoy hanging out at their place.
