What's crazy is that no one realizes that Trump only owns the garage and rooftop of all his buildings. He sells the name.

Dear T Bird

You are correct. I went to the library and picked one up. I brought 3 back for my other neighbors. On a side note, there were 2 woman. One started to fill it out for me ( which I did not ask but was kind ) and the other woman told me to do it myself. There was no one waiting. Found it funny

I viewed 2 weeks ago. The 2 bedrooms are in the high 400's. My only problem there will be about 15 units and the only 2 finished are the showrooms. The 3rd street side condo's are better. Parking is $21,000. Only 6 spots are available. To me it seems like they have run out of cash. They were is easy with the negotiate a lower price. Also if you wish you can give them a non-binding $2500 to reserve a unit.

I do believe they will be beautiful when finished.

I have an older neighbor on the block and we were speaking last week. She wants to go to a food pantry but does not know where one is. We live in the Village area of downtown JC. She is in her 90's so I would like something close. I will go with her. Any suggestions.

I just do not get it. Politics are politics. No new taxes. Ok. No increase on transit. OK. Run every state into ruin and I am suppose to believe this. I may be a Democrat but I am not stupid. You have to pay into madness. To get elected just say no taxes and all parties are happy. That is ALL parties. Independent etc.

As NJ falls and or fell into complete disrepair, what makes one assume the new GOP run government would not increase taxes and correct all.

I work in NYC and live here in JC and I will never ever ever see lower anything.

The one I detest the most is Grand and Jersey Avenue. I was going to visit a friend at Medical Center and crossing there is nuts. I called it " The Corner of Death". At least you are across from the hospital should you be struck. The moment the crosswalk light allows you to cross, BAM, 18, 000 cars are trying to run you down. WHEWWWW. That corner is NUTS

I have emailed all the local chancels regarding their :ticker" board on the bottom to give Path train updates.Every morning I will see # 6,4,5 and letter N R but never path. The path train i like trowing dice against a curb. You never know until you arrive. Then the common curb game turns into craps. Maybe we should set up slot machines. I would have better luck

I live here in JC but when I lived in Manhattan you could. I would assume it would be the same here. They prefer you bring it back to the same location but hell they are getting the book back so they should be happy.

Not sure how it work's but the tag's are documented. I think it is the "Gang Force". Photo and ask the PD where to send. I know my neighbor has taken photos and had the tag's removed.

There is a man on Newark that has been selling hot dogs at the same spot for 25 years. He has put his kids through college selling dogs at the same spot. Moving every 20 minutes or so is just plain crazy. My lord there must be more important things to worry about than a food vendor on a corner.

OK Why is it everyday when I return from Manhattan to Grove Street none of the machines take bills.Sometimes either my Smartcard or Metrocard is running low. I would rather do it upon my return when I am just going home than stand in line in the morning . The morning people, from my own experience, either do not know how to work the machine or scramble trying to find change to make their purchase. I know I know I could do it elsewhere but have you ever tried to use the machines @ 14th and Christopher street in the hurricane like winds. Ok that's all for now

Just an FYI. The new planters are not garbage cans. There is a new garbage cans right next to the planters. The city will empty the cans but forget about them emptying the planters. Come on people

My favorite about the clocks is they have not worked for months. I say clocks because there is the other on at the Grove station. The biggest giggle I got last year was they never changed the clocks for daylight savings. One week before we went behind, they changed the clocks ahead to correct the time for the last week. Then the clocks were off once again. LOL

Re: Parking for Truck & Trailer for 5 Days

From what I gathered was the truck and trailer would be empty because the person moved in. Why would the person have their lovely friends drive here and not move in the stuff.

On a side note, there is a huge parking lot on Bay between Grove and Erie. It is right behind La Congita. They lock it up at night. Ask them for a fair price. No one really parks there and a couple of bucks their way would help them. Just a thought
