all 3 buildings are great. i live in 10 huron which just got 3 brand new elevators.it`s also a little more lively then the other 2.all 3 have great views if you live on a high floor.
we checked out brunswick also which wasn`t bad but we got a big 2 bed 2 bath 1250` sq ft. for mid 300`s and we put in about 20,000 for renovations and we have amazing views.it`s a pretty safe area and close to all transportation.

if all these condos like canco and the beacon would just lower there sales prices buy 15 - 20%,they would probably sell more units and faster.its better to sell 200 units at slightly less money, then sell 60 units and have more then half the place empty.

jsq is a good location ,in your price range.check out the st. johns apt. there are a few apts. for rent there, and they are very nice(doorman) bldgs.
also try the brunswick towers.
it might be worth getting a realtor even for a rental.

i live in st. johns apts.and i can tell u they are really nice and well kept.also for about 360,000 you can get a 2br 2bath apt.
which is about 1250 sq. ft,much bigger then beacon which i almost bought or canco lofts.so i saved60,000 and ended up with a great view 15th floor and 200 extra sq. ft
that being said i would like to see canco do well which would help the area and bring in more stores and maybe even a nice supermarket.
