I went today and got the potato pierogis. With a dash of pepper they were yum! Definitely good homemade stuff!

A Friend sent me "Three Cups of Tea" by Greg Mortenson. It is an amazing book about a man who promised to build a school in Pakistan....but did so much more. Really a great book on the human spirit.

The first 4 commenters seem overly enthusiastic no? I am familiar and have been to the Bayonne location. A friend used to work there. Their food is okay. I have never seen and my friend has never mentioned lines out the door. So the first 4 commenters are suspect.

I am not exactly sure but NJCU and HCC both have programs or intiatives to help small businesses. Also, check with the local business/commerce department. It is worth a shot. Good Luck!
