If the swinging lounge chairs and an in-house coconut cart don?t catch your eye, dishes like Jerk Chicken Nachos and Piri-Piri Style Shrimp are bound to lure you in. Located at 339 Communipaw Avenue (in the former MAE space), Harry?s Daughter is currently in soft open mode.

Did you actually mail in your vote the last election? My daughter is studying overseas and mailed in her ballot last November, so it may be the same situation for her when she returns.

Oh, she also did not receive a sample ballot this time around - would that be a clue?

The fine volunteers at ps #25 were unable to give me anything more than ?go to city hall? (they were very nice about it just lacked a go to person who could provide concrete answers). I have a feeling it may be a bit more complex than simply going to city hall. Any good info appreciated.

Can anyone recommend a company that can remove a tree in my backyard? I have a tree that is infested with pear rust and it looks like it's dying.

Thanks!

Is the rib-eye well-marbled? The pictures on the website are generic and the ones in Yelp do not appear so.

I gave Pampita Meat Shop on Central Ave a try. I picked up a rib-eye, blood sausage, and some pork sausage.

The rib-eye was 5 star restaurant grade quality (wet aged). It was melt in mouth tender. Expensive though.. a single 2 inch thick rib-eye set me back about $40. Unfortunately, this is too pricey for my budget to buy on a regular basis.

Got the blood sausages in the broiler right now, cooking for lunch.

They also carry imported grass fed beef.

Here it is again - is this fear of reprisals, distrust for Police, a sense that there is no justice, or all of the above?

"Both the 15-year-old and her aunt refused medical attention. They were "uncooperative and just wanted to go home," the report indicates."

JERSEY CITY -- A woman was struck by a car Saturday night while trying to cross Garfield Avenue to help her niece who was stabbed during a fight at Berry Lane Park, authorities said.

Two girls, ages 14 and 15, were stabbed during the assault and their injuries are not considered life threatening, according to a police report.

At about 9 p.m., police were called to the park on reports of a stabbing and "large group fighting." Officers found a 14-year-old girl on the sidewalk near the sprinklers with a stab wounds to her upper arm and wrist, the report states.

from the BBC:

Four explosive lines in Trump Jr emails

1. "This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr Trump"

Trump Jr originally tweeted out the first three pages, leaving out page four, which has all the juiciest bits. It was like Beethoven's Ninth Symphony without Ode to Joy or the 1812 Overture without the cannons.

2."Emin asked that I schedule a meeting with you and The Russian government attorney who is flying over from Moscow for this Thursday."

The lawyer in question - Natalia Veselnitskaya - has asserted that she is not connected to the Russian government, but Goldstone is presenting her to Trump Jr here as a "government attorney".

3."If it's what you say I love it especially later in the summer"

Setting aside the glaring lack of punctuation, this line in Trump Jr's response to Goldstone's email shows he knows exactly what he's getting himself into.

4. "To: Jared Kushner; Paul Manafort"

At the very top of the email chain are two names that should be of particular concern to the White House - Mr Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner and then-campaign chairman Paul Manafort.

And the Russians paid the price with those heavy sanctions Obama put on Russia. He booted 30 embassy staff and closed two known spy houses in MD and NY.

I think that was pretty good reaction for a guy that never considered Russia the #1 threat to peace in the world.

meanwhile...Ahahahahahahahahah--oboy, ahahahaha

Trump invited his Cabinet secretaries at their first gathering on Monday to praise the administration?s work. The moment struck many as bizarre. Among others heaping praise on a smiling president, chief of staff Reince Priebus, who has been battling rumors that his job is in jeopardy for months, told Trump it is a ?blessing? to serve him.

"I have never heard anything like it. It's just unbelievable. I don't even know how to react to it. I've never heard any staff say that ever in any context," said one long-time GOP consultant. The gathering prompted Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), to parody it with his own staff, who praised Schumer's TV appearances and his post-gym-workout hair.

Trump also inaccurately declared on Monday that he?d ?passed more legislation? than any predecessor besides Franklin D. Roosevelt. Harry Truman passed 55 bills in his first 100 days, while Trump had signed 48 by his 142nd day. Many of those have been to designate buildings or other less noticeable actions.

In the matter of credibility, there's light years of difference between Trump and Comey

Quote:

Monroe wrote:
Comey said he took notes because he was afraid Trump would lie about their meetings-but hasn't shown us the notes, or said that Trump lied in those meetings. And Comey now claims to know Trump's intent re:Flynn, but couldn't understand Hillary's intent when she ballpeen hammered her Blackberry to destroy evidence? And he kowtowed to Lynch when she directly ordered him to call the criminal investigation a 'matter' but then ignored what he (felt) was Trump's hope that Flynn would get a bye. Wow, he obeys the AG but then disobeys (what he assumed) was an order from the POTUS? Some solider.

Trump went to lengths to get Comey one on one to pressure him to stop the investigation on Flynn, once by dismissing senior staff, including Comey's boss to be alone with him, then by inviting Comey to dinner alone.

Who are we to believe, a professional who ran the FBI or a discredited liar ?

Oh is this the guy that totally f'd up the Hillary email investigation, leaked his presidential meeting notes via a 3rd party to the press and when asked to produce that documentation, the Director of the FBI fearful of Trump claims he deleted evidence which could be used for impeachment.

And Trump should have kept this stand-up guy around why?

From Politico: Comey?s devastating indictment of President Donald Trump

?Although the law required no reason at all to fire an FBI director,? he said, ?the administration then chose to defame me and more importantly the FBI by saying that the organization was in disarray, that it was poorly led, that the workforce had lost confidence in its leader. Those were lies, plain and simple.?

Hahahahahah - nice spin, good try, bro,

http://www.newyorker.com/news/daily-c ... -story-about-donald-trump

This - is obstruction of justice:

The President then returned to the topic of Mike Flynn, saying, ?He is a good guy and has been through a lot.? He repeated that Flynn hadn?t done anything wrong on his calls with the Russians, but had misled the Vice-President. He then said, ?I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go.? I replied only that ?he is a good guy.?

Quote:

JCMan8 wrote:
Five important takeaways from Comey's testimony:

1) Comey confirmed that Trump told the truth and the media lied. He admitted volunteering to Trump on three separate occasions that he wasn't under any investigation.

2) "Did Trump associates have correspondence with Russian intelligence?" Comey: No

3) Comey has 100% confidence that Russian interference didn't change even a single vote.

4) AG Loretta Lynch asked him not to refer to the Hillary Clinton email deal as "an investigation" but as a "matter". Which disturbed him greatly.

5) The NYT and Washington Post have been confirmed as literal fake news, as Comey said they have written a number of completely fabricated stories about the investigation and President Trump.

So Trump has been confirmed as telling the truth, the Russia hysteria from liberals has fallen apart, and their media sources have been confirmed as literal fake news. Yet stupid liberals will continue reading them and being lied to, which will result in yet more disappointment when Trump doesn't get impeached.
