Went there for the first time last night. I was very impressed with the food, service, and decor. It's a VERY welcome addition to Newark Ave. Slowly but surely, Newark is becoming what folks have been envisioning for years.
Two people, two appetizers, two entres, four glasses of wine...$54 bucks pre-tip. Well worth it.

I too enjoyed a late afternoon latte at Legal Grounds for the first time and also had the pleaure of meeting Chris. I walked across town from Hamilton Park to check it out.
He wasn't fibbing...it is a warm, inviting place with great coffee! Give it it a try! You'll probably be back.
