Does anyone know any place in JC have VCR to DVD conversion service

I'm thinking of buying a condo, but found that the condo fee is going to be around $735/ month in my high rise building for a 2 BR, around 1200 sq feet.

I never own a house before so i'm wondering what are the extras that are included in the condo fee. I know the condo fee includes conceige, maintanece, fitness center, pool and etc of the building. But does it really need to cost that much?

I plan to sign up my 4 year old son to a Taekwondo class. I heard mix reveiws of the JC Taekwondo. Anyone have kids enrolled there and how do you like it? I don't have car so i won't consider places that cannot be reached by PATH.

I'm also looking into a few other places in Journal Square and Manhattan, anyone have heard anything about these schools?

The tuition is for Sept to June. I believe they should have summer camp as well, but not sure yet.

The Pre-K3 in the 2011-2012 school year (starting September 2011) pricing:

Half-Day: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM (Morning)
12:15 PM to 3:45 PM (Afternoon)
Full-Day: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Extended-Day: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Admission Process Children must be at least three years of age by December 31, 2011 for admission into the Pre-K3 Program.

Tuition Fee Annual tuition fees for the Half-Day, Full-Day and Extended-Day programs are $9,000, $12,000 and $15,000, respectively. For Transitional 3s (children born after October 1, 2008), annual tuition fees are an additional $500 for the Half-Day and Full-Day programs or an additional $1,000 for the Extended-Day program. Materials Fee is $200 per annum for all programs.
Early Drop-Off Students can be dropped off to school beginning at 7:30 AM. The annual fee for early drop-off is $650.
Lunch and Snack Full-day students will bring their own lunch to school. Snacks are provided by the school.
