yes and that WAS my story! I put it up on my Following Snooki blog (they (Thirty Mile Zone) basically took all the same pictures) and whatever ... (actually when I contacted them they said that an agency sold them the story but I know where they got it.)

Just venting, I love this thread, also I'm always available for strategic marketing freelancing gigs ;)

ok be kind, just hanging out!

I hope I don't get slammed for this ;) but all in fun and since I walk by Snooki's new house every day when I pick up my son, I have decided to document the happenings on a wordpress blog. Hey I'm a stay at home mom with with lots of time on her hands, don't judge me.

The blog is at http://www.followingsnooki.wordpress.com follow me on twitter @followingsnooki

I know I'm a newbie ... tried the hot cuban sandwiches at La Nueva Isla this weekend and will get some valentines cupcakes at Sofie Sofia tomorrow, thanks jclist!

Food for thought:

Just did a search for Snooki and Jersey City and over 350 articles come up from every major news organization.

When were so many people talking about JC?

Hi, we are looking for either a contractor or experienced handyman team to tear out several walls, ceilings, all floors, a bathroom and a kitchen etc from our downtown JC home. We will also need skim coating and drywall replacement.

Thanks for any recommendations !

Also do we need a permit for tear outs? We are getting mixed answers on that question.

Has anyone benefited from an Elevation Certificate in Hamilton Park?

Hi,
We are buying a home in Hamilton Park and were told that we could reduce our flood insurance significantly by obtaining a elevation certificate. The certificate only helps if the house (basement level included) is above a certain elevation.

Before we pay for a survey we are trying to find out if this has actually worked for others in the Hamilton Park area, or if it is just a waste of money.

Thanks for any info!
Patty

Hi, we are in the same situation in Hamilton Park, did you ever get an elevation certificate or hear back from anyone on the list?

Thanks!
Patty

Hi,
We recently had an offer accepted on a multi-family home in the Hamilton Park area. We are very interested in finding a really good home inspector.

If you have someone you can highly recommend, please let me know!

Thanks,
Patty
