There is never alternate side parking on Wednesdays.

Robin.

Yes, I know -- but that is what their twitter said.

Years back I had a tenant who was a real estate agent. She pulled a mass of comps from the MLS guide on my behalf, which I used in my appeal.

Got any friends with access to MLS?

That is what I have always done - you need three recent sales comps and they must be from within the past 6 months.

16 Acres is a whole lot of land. It is the size of the entire World Trade Center site. What experience and background do those in charge of Liberty Science Center have in developing such a huge and high value project.

Malls are an out of date idea - but Newport Mall should close the food court and the movies - and mimic upscale malls like Shorthills.

You make a good point -- especially with bars that have endless issues.

Starting your own company here is a tough one. Landlords or management companies will want proof of employment and will also pull a credit check with rental & criminal history. Your best bet would be to move in to an existing situation -- do you know anyone here? If not - find someone looking for a roommate - at least until you get settled here. BTW in NJ -- I don't think you can't pay rent in advance.

Just take a lesson from the plaza troubles and keep outside music and drunks to a minimum.

Any cost should be paid by the bars on the plaza -- not by other businesses along Newark Ave or in the SID.

Really they should just end the closed pedestrian plaza since it has proven to create a space for loud rowdy bar-goers to hang outside.

It sounds like your router settings might be wrong or your router might just need to be replaced -- they can fail -- but try unplugging it for 15 minutes.

So true and I always pass first time -- just check all your lights -- but if you have an older car and fail for smoke -- just try adding a Lucas oil - even Home Depot even sells it.

Fios has a $29.99 25/25Mbps internet only deal -- or also $39.99 50/50Mbps -- either works well for streaming -- especially with ethernet cable. -- Always good to mention the Comcast deals or vice versa. Also even if an ad says for new customers only -- just ask to talk to supervisor and just tell them you are going to switch if can't get the deal - you will likely need to lock in for 2 years -- but that is OK -- even if you move it can go with you.

Just last week, Harrison Ford was involved in an incident that nearly became a fatal plane crash. In an act that would disappoint his very own Han Solo, Ford flew his private plane directly over an aircraft with 110 passengers. He was supposed to land his plane on a specific runway, but proceeded to land on the taxiway.

So if I have two cars is this monthly pass transferable between them -- meaning can I switch back and forth which car I leave there? Also What is the name of this -- where do you go to buy the pass -- is there a website - and phone number etc?
