I ate here last night, food was great atmosphere was excellent. All and all I cannot wait to go back with a group of friends.

Congrats on opening, best of luck, and thanks for bringing another wonderful option to JC.

I'm just curious did you, or are you going to pay it?

I think it's funny they think Downtown is a destination. I for one would love to have more of these "problems".

How is this going? I assume the process is underway at this point, has anyone been reevaluated? If so what part of JC are you in, and how did it go?

This place is great, I eat here once a week and have tried just about everything. It is all above average and relatively inexpensive. I hope it prospers for years and years.

I just bought a place and we ran into the same situation ( although we bought the top floor of a 2 unit condo/brownstone). Our condo rules say nothing about covering 70% of the area with rugs etc. And while we have put carpet in certain areas I am not about the carpet my entire place as one reason I bought it was because we loved the hardwood floors. My downstairs neighbors and I don't get along but oh well. In my opinion, this is something he should have checked out before he bought his place. I believie he has since sound proofed his place.

Great idea, I'm sure your neighbor will be more then willing to authorize an assessment for that leaky roof in a few years. That is something you should have checked out before you bought the place. It has nothing to do with Condo rules about covering your hardwood floors, it is NJ Law.

I got the Eli Manning today and it was great. I got 10% off my lunch because it was "work out the kinks" week, that said it only took about 10 minutes to get my sandwich and it was pretty busy.

I'm stoked for this place the food was really good.

I would like to know if this is the standard throughout the State, or if public employees just come to Jersey City prior to being put to pasture so they get these benefits? If it is a reciprocating agreement across all the municipalities in the State then while not loving the idea, I guess it can be seen as par for the course.

Good for them. Too many establishments don't have a chance because of the city's poor performance. Ox is another. Poor park and 6th. this city needs an enima.

Do you know for certain that Park & 6th is stuck in this never ending boondoggle?

Barcade is almost surely going to get caught up in the same morass.

I'm happy Bon Chon was able to open so quickly, but do you know why they had it so easy? I assume it because Atomic Wings had everything done perfectly. It's really a shame how anti business this city is.

I went to O'Hara's on Sunday, apparently they took out some of the Direct TV boxes. It makes for a diminished viewing experience if you are trying to catch simultaneous NFL games. I hope they get the problem rectified in time for next week.
