Re: More Gunplay: Suspected crooks open fire at JC cops -- July 21st

Were these black people again? This is an outrage.
Kudos to Worms, we pay more down here, and as such deserve as more cops down here than they have up on Bergan. Crime will go where police presence isn't.
Lord, I have to move to Sweden. Don't worry liberal losers, I am selling, and maybe I will sell my building to some crack heads, to add to the diversity of Grove Street. Enjoy...

Linky, 440 is where these kids belong, or on Bergen, or MLK, closer to THEIR homes. How about that vacated ex-school DUMP on Bright Street. Founding fathers....enough with the reverse -descrimination. The current public schools need to be fixed, not making another beaucratic albatrose. I deserve the Right to peace in the area I bought into.

Am I the only Van Vorst (near Grand and Grove) resident that opposes this?
We don't need more kids bused in down here.
11 hours? What time will they be leaving school?

Loud, obnoxious, pants below asses, litering, congestion, noise from more building. perhaps more flooding!

I will be selling, toward the end of the year because of this.

This community will lose someone that maintains his building and sidewalk and is respectful of his neighbors and tenents.

Re: Illegal Dumping on Corner of Monmouth and 4th

The problem lies in that the JCIA is very picky about picking up heavy trash, ie light construction waste. I go through this all the time. So the dumper doesnt want to pay someone to pick it up, so, he leaves it as someone else's problem. The real problem is JCIA being a pain in the ass. If they just picked it up from their house, this guy wouldn't push the problem along. We/they shouldn't have to pay to dispose of a few heavy bags evey so often.

I heard good things about Dr Woroch and his son Dr Woroch, in JC @ Liberty. We are going to go see them and inspect their unit in the next week or two. Any thoughts here would be welcomed...
thanks

Terrific plan! Great private use, without congestion, highrises, and more low income housing.
Hopefully, the Mrs & I can go over for cocktails and a dip in that pool!

I think all illegals should be given some help, and that should be from their family members, back in their mother country. Kick out the anti-American mid-Easterns first.

I am having a tough time renting a refurbished one bedroom with its own washer dryer on Grove Street, for April 1st. Price $1450. And for my Studio, I had 30 people through before I rented it out fo 950.

chill out with the anti-Italian sentiment. I hope that Vinnie finds you again and punches your fat face once again for being obnoxious as usual. It would be great if we could put the beer place in the church next to Beechwood. Anyone want to help me buy it?

I recently had Jersey Builders Construction, LLC here. Their price was too high. I recommend every one pricing guys out first and then report the good and bad here. I got a more fair estimate from Clear Flow, but I will call J.Hugroy to gimme a price. If any used the later two, please post here.

I think the criminals are to blame.
When I run for mayor, I'll lobby for public executions, that should quite things down a bit.
But more realistically, perhaps some firemen can wait for fires at random spots, not their firehouses, to act as deterants and potential eye witnesses.
They should be equipted to contact local police at a push of a button.

Nice to see someone from the Christian Monitor, Advocate Pro-Choice. I am sure this guy would take a sip of Kool-Aid from David Koresh. Obama Hussien, Steal from the Rich and create more people that want to take more than they give to this Country. I saw TV clip in Florida this weekend whereas the moron Obama voters applauded their candidates policies, and then the TV Journalist told them the policies were all from McCain. One was Don't you want a candidate that was a war veteran. It is sad people are voting on an empty suit.

Oh thiftyT, I notice you keep bringing up these African countries, and relating it to the USA? Why is this? It has no correlation at all. The only connection I see is that Obama Hussein, would funnel US tax payer money to his mother country of Kenya. He would also grant his law breaker Aunt immunity.

Obama is winning a popularity contest, not one based on ideals, integrity, shared-responsibilty, and Experience. A friend of mine is voting for Obama, bc she doesn't like McCain's voice. (I am confident others are voting for Obama for similar irrelevant reasons.) She has no-idea O is pro-choice, would raise her family's taxes, consistently lies, has a VP that doesn't believe in him, associates with radicals, and racists, takes illegal campaign money etc....

How about blaming the housing crisis on the actual mortgage brokers and the people that overleveraged themselves.

Re: Barack Obama for President

Ok the work leach is too much....but the rich already pay too much. Everyone should contribute to society. Ie pay for the roads, teachers, policemen etc, not just the rich.
The only cap with regards to taxes should address the total amount paid. For instance, no matter how much one makes, that individual should pay no more than 100k a year in taxes. Does this rich person use more roads, cop services, publis schools, I doubt it.
I still have my doubts if O'Hussein is American, He lies so much. His records proves he is affiliated with the far left and lies about it. He lies about his Muslim faith.
How many LIES, do democrates have to overlook, or does it not matter.
Attacking the rich is not a solution, Everyone must contribute to society, ie ownership-stake. it is the same thing as owners vs, renters. Renters care less. Owners have more pride in their residences...ie the USA.
Oh, and he endorses killing unborn children. great guy!
Wake up Democrates, O'Hussien is not the right guy, ..maybe in 2012, your candidate will be a solid true American.

Re: Barack Obama for President

Obama Hussein will destroy this country. 48% of working Americans will no longer pay taxes. Leaches on society. He will tax the rich out of the US workplace. By by jobs. O'Hussein will also have the rich contribute 68 billion in support of healthcare to the 48%.
O'H will increase capital gains taxes. This will hamper its efforts to retrace its past gains.
O'H will legalize 12 million illegals ...further increase the burden on the actual tax payers.
O'H endorses fraud....Acorn, pre-paid credit card donations.
VOTER Fraud.
Its not that I love McCain, it just that he is by far the best candidate in this two horse race.

Obama Hussein is the best, he will tax the rich so they will supporting the rest of us. I will also change my faith to Muslim, from Catholic. I am sure this will be great. I really hope all the socialist programs get enacted. JC will be great when the downtown area looks more like India..great for real-estate prices.
