Why not JC step up and pay its fair share of educating its own kids instead of robbing others?

She's 'working from home'. In any case I'm sure if our President tripped on a banana peel you'd send him a get well card.

I?m now torn, after Ruth Buzzi tripped over her protest jabot after day drinking Wednesday when the Senate results came in. Breaking ribs at her age ain?t good-maybe put Gov as AG until we can put him on the Supreme Court!

But moderate GOP senators rarely have the stones to vote moderately and represent ALL of their state rather than the party line of the moment. That's why moderate GOP governors aren't nearly as bad as senators. In my lifetime I've seen many moderate R's turn hard right in their runs for POTUS, from Bush41 to Christie to Trump himself.

Of course, you?re missing the Republican Senators on the fence who may not support Judge K, va the red state Dems who may vote to confirm because they don?t want to lose their seats.

Keep in mind that Hugin had zero name recognition, and the closer we get to Election Day he?s been getting closer and closer.

His lead over Hugin is now down to two percentage points, within the margin of error. What a fall from grace, due to disgrace.

Judge Kavanaugh and Senator Booker both are Yale Law School graduates. The judge has passed 6 FBI investigations and is accused of assaulting a girl. The senator admitted to sexual assault and spoke often of his imaginary friend, T-Bone.

I know who I'd believe.

You beat this drum in every school discussion, but there's zero chance that you'd shut up about our school costs even if we had stellar outcomes. You have no answers, you don't care about JC students, you just want to stop paying for it. If you actually cared and wanted to be constructive, you'd post examples of districts of similar demographics with better outcomes for less money.

You?re spot on. All we hear is how booming JC is, yet it has siphoned BILLIONS of dollars from suburban taxpayers, forcing them to pay much higher tax rates than JC?s meager 1.48 rate.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Yes, the transit system was gleaming and new, running flawlessly just seven months ago when he took over, as though the 8-year war against public transit never happened.

Thanks for the laugh.

Also, NJ.com didn't rent the plane to find Christie. The plane was already rented and the photographer stumbled on him. Truth is such a trivial detail these days, but just thought I'd mention it:

Shouldn't you be out breaking up pedophile rings and not wasting time here?

I don?t begrudge our President, or Murph having security on vacations. I only object when one wouldn?t say where the protection is occurring.

He's entitled to his vacation, but I wonder if the Star Ledger will charter a plane to overfly his villa and get a picture of him, poolside, quaffing a Bellini at lunch.

Seriously, you don't think we're entitled to know where we're spending 100K in taxpayer money to protect him? I'll bet it costs more to protect him there than in Island Beach State Park.

He's entitled to his secrecy, but this is a little odd. I know Bloomberg would sometimes zip down to his Caribbean crib without notice, but that always was critiqued.

Maybe the Star Ledger will file a FOI request to see if he has State Police assets protecting him at his villa in Umbria, if that is where he is. If state funds are used for security we should have an idea where he's at.
11 day vacation versus 3-4 day golfing tripa nearly every weekend donald duck.

Our President gets crap for having a short private meeting with Putin, Murphy tried to take his giant choppers to his multi-million dollar villa in Umbria without anyone knowing where he was. We always know when our President is visiting the lovely Trump country club in beautiful Somerset County, NJ or at his estate in Florida.
