I am sorry you have been fooled into believing this organization was doing the right things.

They were not. They were not picking up any animals they were contracted to, not accepting owner surrenders, and violating animal control laws and best practices, services they were being paid to perform in Hoboken & Jersey City while masquerading as a no kill shelter.

They had no public hours, were performing adoptions on Zoom, and it's questionable as to whether there were even any animals in the facility.

Many residents were put on surrender wait lists during evictions and who knows what happened to those pets. I know personally of cases where animal cruelty, bite incidents, and other animal attacks were under-reported.

The list goes on. Don't believe these people were doing the right things. The city should have never given them animal control and I am glad they are losing the property and the facility.

GOOD RIDDANCE!

St. Dominic Academy $10,590 per year. You can attend SDA for 3 years for close to the cost of one year at this school. Just wow.

Let that sink in.

OH YES the username ThaWheelMan made ONE post since October 2020 and you got your panites in a bunch? Did you have a weggie when you wrote your message? You seem irritated. Do you want to meet for a nice cup of tea so you can tell me how you really feel.
When you wrote "put it out of its misery" does that mean we should get a gun and shoot the website? Is that legal? I will check on that and see what we can do.

Funny that we live in a society where people have no problem wearing vagina hats to protest in New York City in front of establishments full of children, yet a show at a local club is considered obscene.

I'm not surprised that in over 10 years the Jersey City ABC has not changed one bit from attacking small bars and restaurants with a person running an iPod and writing tickets for "DJ and no cabaret license."

my wife definitely wants a retro european look, so we've been looking at vespas there. also have genuine scooters on our list, but they don't seem to have a dealer near us.

Paco, as I mentioned below the laws have changed around here at least 3 times in the past 20 years, and I've been riding and wrenching through all of them. And the current law is that anything under 50cc CAN be registered as a moped. Doesn't matter if it's a moped or a scooter, or whether it has pedals. 50cc Scooter owners may OPT to register as a motorcycle so that they COULD carry a passenger. The one thing that hasn't changed is that "carrying a passenger" requires both a motorcycle registration AND a license endorsement REGARDLESS of displacement. So carrying a passenger on a 50cc scooter registered as a motorcycle without an endorsement is illegal. Correct me if I'm wrong-

That is correct. I never carry a passenger.

There is no law that states that. It usually involves going to court and then licensed as a potentially dangerous dog and wear muzzles in public but euthanasia after a single attack is extremely unlikely unless the owner of the dog agrees to it.

Most 50cc scooters are actually classified as 49cc so you should be okay without the endorsement thought it's encouraged and the DMV will always tell you that you need it. As long as your scooter has the 49cc sticker in the box under the seat you will be fine if you get pulled over. Been driving one for almost 4 years and never got pulled over, just compliments from cops and people on the road.

Be safe and watch out for the pot holes.

No matter how this plays out, using a public restroom will continue to be an unpleasant experience. You know who have hurt, raped, and even killed women?

Far many more CIS GENDERED MEN and WOMEN than trans identifying people.

Pedophilia and Sexuality are not the same thing as Gender Identity.

Anyone can make a YouTube video and conduct interviews with opinionated people. It is terrible that some of these people experienced these crimes, however these statistics have been very minimal compared to the many violent crimes that are committed by non trans people. Just look at the shooting and murder rate in our city alone.

Your claims are merely opinion unless you can back them with facts on trans people performing heinous acts against women. Let's not forget that women can also rape men. Shouldn't you be worried about child molesting priests in the religion you continue to believe in instead? Isn't that like staying in an abusive relationship as it is?

What culture we are pushing is that everything should be videotaped/photographed. Go to a concert and see how many people are actually watching the music through their own eyes vs their phone screens.

Why don't you start a vigilante group? Or are you afraid a transwoman might join the group?

No, the culture that some are pushing, are opening the doors for perverts. Perverts are not stupid, they are taking advantage of laws that allow them to abuse women. Yes, taping a woman who is changing her clothes is an abuse. It is a violation to her sense of security.

Not one of the 6 transgender people I personally know are interested in being sexual predators. They are all just trying to live their life, in fact nobody except those of us who knew them years ago even know their birth gender now.

If someone is willing to go through the surgeries and hormones, they probably have other things on their mind besides watching women undress.

Perverts are commonly cisgendered men.

You, Yvonne, are a bigot trolling asshole.

i have been using Zenni for years and my glasses and rx sunglasses always come out just fine. I usually take them to my ophthalmologist and have his office check the prescription on their machines and have them fit them for me. Mine are usually about $60 for progressives with astigmatism adjustments but when I needed single vision prior to surgery, I used Zenni when my negative #'s were still low.

I'm a long time Cat sitter based in Jersey City. I do NOT recommend bringing your Cat to another home. Cats like consistansy and familiar surroundings. The best advice is to leave your Kitty at home and have a professional Cat sitter come to care and play with the Cat.

Also Cats need a MINIMUM of DAILY visits. Things can go wrong quickly.

If you would like some information of my services you can email me at catman@thecatsmeowservices.com

They don't *need* daily visits, most sitters just recommend it to avoid liability issues if something does go wrong or if a clients cat is particularly needy. For instance I have a few ferals living indoors and they are totally fine just having food and litter refilled and scooped but my other cat is extremely needy and tears up the house while I am away for long periods of time. Many people with cats who don't like visitors set up automatic feeders and cameras and keep an eye on things remotely but need someone to scoop the box or change the water and refill the feeders. To each their own. If I didn't have the needy cat, I'd go every other day.

I personally would not recommend bringing your cat to someone else's home and would suggest a cat sitter for sure, however the frequency really depends on how needy your cat is.

Jeez, I left my old banged up german lemon with the forever dead battery running for a few minutes outside of my house on 3rd at the wrong time I guess. Would be a blessing to get that stupid thing off my insurance and I would have given him a laptop or two to take it off my hands. At least nobody would be on the lookout for him because the first time he turned off the key he would've been stranded somewhere and smelled like diesel fuel.

On a serious note, this is pretty sad, foolish or not. Nobody should have their car stolen and it doesn't matter if it was a BMW or an old Ford.
