Lots of Downtown didn't. How about Irene? It would still take stones to buy it, but at least your odds would be better. Care to name a nearby crosstreet? That would bring out lots more info.

Real Estate::Portside Towers - 155 Washington Street
Stay far, far away...... They will hit you with extra fees galore. Even for garbage. Management sucks & they don't care. The place is mostly for foreigners who come here for a yr or so & people are always moving in & out like crazy.
Courtyard too is very noisy & echos through the whole complex.
Also Gary, one of the doormen is the biggest jerk you ever want to meet. All the others are great but they know & agree about Gary. He must have some info on someone because he would of been fired years ago. Everyone complains about him.

Real Estate::Construction at the end of Sussex Street
My understanding is that if an individual's home address (specifically new construction) has parking the Parking Authority will NOT issue an individual a zone parking pass rather require you to park int he building (regardless of the parking fee building may charge).

My understanding is that management co's take no more than 10% of rent, seems like a good deal compared to leaving it vacant. Technically, one needs a real estate license to be in that business.
