JERSEY CITY -- A 16-year-old was shot in the buttocks early Monday morning, officials said.
The shooting came on the heels of Sunday night gunfire that killed Jimmy Gregory, 19, and left a 10-year-old girl hospitalized.
At about 4 a.m., the Clendenny Avenue teen was shot once near Van Horne Street and Bramhall Avenue. He fled the area with his friends and was brought to Jersey City Medical Center by ambulance about an hour later, city spokeswoman Jennifer Morrill said.
The teen's injury was not considered life threatening. No one was arrested and the shooting remains under investigation. http://www.nj.com/hudson/index.ssf/2017/04/jersey_city_teen_shot_in_the_buttocks.html#incart_river_mobile_index
