The most expensive rental unit in Jersey City history, penthouse five in the Ellipse, is a 2,300-square-foot, four-bedroom apartment with jaw-dropping southeastern views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.
It also comes equipped a private terrace, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and of course, a hefty $10,995 monthly rent, making it the priciest rental in the city's history, according to Ellipse officials.
The Jersey Journal recently got a tour of the ultra-luxurious rental unit in one of the city's newest waterfront residential towers. It's the Newport area's tallest building.
